London Zoo's Zoonormous Egg Hunt!

Eggs are everywhere at Easter, but nothing quite like this! Come and celebrate the incredible egg-laying creatures at London Zoo including reptiles, birds, fish and butterflies, by taking part in the Zoonormous Egg Hunt!

The free* family trail will guide you around the Zoo where eggs of all sizes and colours are waiting to be discovered, while learning about egg-ceptional species along the way. Solve the clues at each checkpoint to crack the code, revealing the Golden Egg in a special, hidden location. Successful egg-splorers will be rewarded with a tasty treat!

Along with Easter crafts and over 10,000 amazing animals, you’ll be all set for an egg-cellent day out!

Accessibility
  • The trail is fully accessible to all.
  • Large print trail cards are available at the tipi on the main lawn. On Wednesdays, these will be readily available and on other days, they are available on request.
  • Trays and/or wheelchair accessible benches are available for those who are unable to sit at craft tables.
  • Following feedback, we have designated Wednesdays during this event as accessible days. As part of this, on 3 and 10 April we will run quiet sessions at 11.30-12.00 & 15.00-15.30 in the activity cove at the end of the trail. These will have quieter music, lights turned on and a managed capacity.
