With World Teachers' Day just around the corner, we're inviting teachers to discover everything we have to offer through London Zoo's Learning programmes, with free entry on 5 October 2024!

Free Zoo entry for teachers

Our Learning Team will meet you to discuss how we can help you bring nature into the heart of your curriculum, with exclusive activities running on the day (sign up available on arrival, subject to availability). We’re offering teachers free entry to attend this event, so you can find out about everything we offer schools including visits, learning sessions, our Education Access Scheme and more! Of course you’ll be free to explore the Zoo too.

As a conservation zoo, learning is at the heart of all that we do. We can’t wait to share how the Zoo can help you to support and inspire the next generation.

How to book

Tickets are available on the day and can’t be booked in advance. If you’re a teacher who is currently employed in a school or college, you’ll simply need to show your school pass/ID (or proof of employment at a school/college) on entry to the zoo to be granted free entry on Saturday 5 October 2024.

Up to 4 extra tickets for friends and family can be purchased at the gate for a discount of 50% on 5 October 2024. Please note that these tickets must be purchased on the gate at the time of entry and cannot be booked in advance.

Let us know you’re coming!

If you intend to visit for the event and want to be the first to know about additional free opportunities available on the day, please let us know you’re coming by filling out this form.
